Money, money, money money....

For the love of money!!

I am sure that by now you have heard the hit song from the O'Jays...awesome opening bassline that sticks to you like glue.  Then the haunting background singers laying down the 'money, money, money' line, letting you know immediately what they are singing about.  It is fittingly the theme song for the Donald Trump show, The Apprentice.  Either way, the premise behind the song is that you need cannot live without gotta have it! And unfortunately, that may be true.  For a business, money is obviously the make-or-break lifeblood, and without the money, money, money, the business is history.

These days, it is vital to a business to look for newer and more aggressive ways to not only not spend the money foolishly, but to find ways to cut corners and save it wherever and whenever you can.  One of those places that should be looked at is document creation, or better known as the printer.  The MFP.  The copier system.  You know that box that sits in the corner and dries out the bottom line, but that you cannot live without?  We all have one, or many, of these units in our offices, and they continue to cost us valuable dollars to keep in toner cartridges.  I also bet that your supply closet is full of those long, skinnny toner cartridge boxes...and that is OK.  You just have not heard of or found a better way.  Until now.

About three years ago, we all took some time down here at CBM and went on a little trip to learn all about print management.  Upon our return, we began doing CBM Print Audits for people that have felt the pain long enough and wanted to do something about it.  We are now armed with the knowledge and the solutions to improve the bottom line in anybody's office by showing you that there is a better way than loading up the supply closet with your capital dollars.  It does not have to be this way and we need to help you make that change now.  It has been a pretty exciting thing for us because we have changed many people's viewpoints on how it "used to be" and now have them seeing how"it should be".  Belive it or not, the print audit is always free, and I promise you that you will be amazed at the money that you can find hidden in your supply closet.  We just want the opportunity...
